Welcome to bdlj.cam. This document forms a legal agreement between bdlj (referred to as "we", "the platform" or "bdlj") and the user (referred to as "you" or "member"). By using bdlj's website, app or any of its services, you are considered to have fully read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using our platform.

These terms and conditions apply to all services on the bdlj platform, including online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, slots and all related features.

• These terms may be updated from time to time. We will provide as much notice as possible before any changes take effect.
• Continuing to use any part of the platform will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• These terms are written in Bengali and the Bengali version is the authoritative one.
• bdlj's officers, partners and representatives are also bound by these guidelines.

To create an account on bdlj, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. Registering with false information is a violation of these terms and may result in your account being cancelled at any time.

• Each person may only create one account. If more than one account is found for the same person, all of them will be suspended.
• If your account details change (phone number, email, etc.), you must notify our support team immediately.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Sharing login details with third parties is prohibited.
• As part of KYC verification, we may request a copy of your national identity card or passport.

You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately via live chat or at [email protected].

bdlj is for persons aged 21 and above only. If a user is found to be underage, their account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will not be returned.

• The date of birth provided at registration must be accurate.
• We may request a government-issued ID at any time for age verification.
• Failure to provide identity documents may result in account suspension or withdrawal being withheld.
• We are committed to preventing minors from gambling.

You can deposit money on bdlj using the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Deposited funds may only be withdrawn to the same account from which they were deposited.
• Depositing money under a third party's name or identity is strictly prohibited.

Once a deposit and wagering have been successfully completed, you may submit a withdrawal request to your registered payment method.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• We may request additional information to verify a withdrawal request — this is for security purposes.
• We reserve the right to suspend withdrawals if fraudulent transactions are suspected.

bdlj operates in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All balances, bonuses and transactions will be displayed in Taka.

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (on the combined total of deposit and bonus).

• To claim the bonus, the first deposit after registration must be ৳100 or more.
• You cannot withdraw the bonus or any winnings earned from the bonus without meeting the wagering requirement.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household, device or IP address is prohibited.
• bdlj reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus program at any time.

Each promotion has its own terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In case of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence.

VIP Club members receive weekly cashback based on their tier. The tiers and cashback rates are listed below:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Advancement to higher VIP tiers depends on consistent and responsible gaming activity.
• Cashback is added to the relevant account every Monday.

bdlj is committed to ensuring fair and transparent gaming. All games available on our platform are developed by certified software providers and use a Random Number Generator (RNG).

• Each game has its own rules, which are displayed within the game.
• No payouts are made due to technical errors. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to void the game result.
• If a game ends mid-session due to an internet disconnection, it will be settled according to the last recorded state.
• Playing using multiple accounts at the same time is prohibited.
• Any complaints about game results must be reported to support within 48 hours.

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account cancellation:

• Creating or operating an account using a false identity or false information.
• Operating multiple accounts with the intent to exploit the bonus system.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to operate games.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes by colluding with other users.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Threatening, harassing or abusive behaviour toward support staff or other players.
• Chargeback fraud: intentionally filing a chargeback against a legitimate transaction.

bdlj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion or evidence of fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• A legal order or directive from the relevant authorities.
• In cases of extended inactivity (no login for more than 24 months).

If an account is cancelled due to a rule violation, the remaining balance may be forfeited. In the case of a fair closure, any withdrawable balance will be returned.

You may also request to close your own account at any time through our support team.

Our Privacy Policy provides detailed information on how your personal data is collected, stored and used.

• We use your information to provide services, verify identity and meet legal obligations.
• Your personal information is not sold to third parties.
• Information may be shared with authorities where required by law or for the purposes of anti-money laundering.
• All data is protected by SSL encryption.

bdlj is committed to providing the highest quality of service, however our liability is limited in the following areas:

• Losses arising from internet connection issues or third-party network problems.
• Disruption to games caused by unexpected technical errors or server outages.
• Losses resulting from a user keeping their own password or information insecure.
• Force majeure: natural disasters, government restrictions or other unavoidable circumstances.

If any part of these terms is deemed legally unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain fully in effect.

bdlj believes that gaming is entertainment — not an addiction. We encourage all members to play responsibly.

• You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits for yourself.
• Temporary break (cooling-off) or self-exclusion options are available through support.
• If you feel that gambling is having a negative effect on your personal or financial life, seek help immediately.
• We follow a zero-tolerance policy on protecting minors from gaming.
